\n\t\n\t\t\tTerms of Participation \u2013 Krak\u00f3w Street Poster 2026<\/strong> \n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Krak\u00f3w Street Poster 2026 is an international exhibition and review of social posters. The event aims to restore the social poster to its natural context \u2014 the street \u2014 and to explore the potential of this medium in the urban environment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

A selection committee will choose the works presented in the public space exhibition. All qualified submissions will automatically be included in the exhibition. The selection results will be announced no later than 1 October 2026. The opening of the outdoor exhibition will take place in mid-October 2026.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Participants may\u00a0submit\u00a0works in one or all categories. Participation in the event is free of charge. Submission requires correctly completing the application form and delivering files within the deadline specified in the regulations. Printing costs are covered by the organizer. Works created between January\u00a02024\u00a0and June 2026 are eligible for submission. Each participant may\u00a0submit\u00a0a maximum of 3 works in Category A and a maximum of 1 work in Category B.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The aim of the event is to analyse contemporary trends in social poster design in the urban space.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The event is organized by the Poster Design Studio and the Visual Communication Studio of the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krak\u00f3w.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Curatorial Team is responsible for the execution of the exhibition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The event is open to professional artists and designers, graduates of art universities, students, and poster enthusiasts \u2014 with no age restrictions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Submission implies consent to participate in the event, to the processing of personal data, and to the free use of the works for exhibition, catalogue, and promotional purposes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

All works accepted into the event will be presented in the exhibition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Eligible works must have been created between January 2024 and June 2026, except for submissions in Category B, which must be previously unpublished.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Social and cultural posters are accepted, relating to one of two categories:<\/span>\u00a0
A \u2013 Reality Check<\/span>\u00a0
B \u2013 Advertising Column<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Participation in Krak\u00f3w Street Poster is free of charge.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Posters containing hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence against individuals or groups will not be accepted. In a gesture of solidarity with those affected by ongoing armed conflicts, poster submissions from Israel and Russia will not be accepted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\n\t\t\tSubmissions and Deadlines<\/strong>\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t

The application form must be submitted via the organizer\u2019s website by 14 September, 24:00 (UTC+01:00).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Participants may submit works in one or all categories.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

One person may\u00a0submit\u00a0a maximum of 3 posters in Category A and 1\u00a0project\u00a0in Category B.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

All technical requirements remain as previously specified.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The organizer reserves the right to reject works that do not meet technical requirements, violate applicable law, or breach principles of social coexistence. AI-generated posters are not permitted.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The exhibition will take place in October 2026 in the city center of Krak\u00f3w. The exact opening date and time will be announced no later than 1 October 2026.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The organizer covers printing and exhibition costs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Works will be displayed in random order and\u00a0labeled\u00a0with the author\u2019s name as provided in the application form.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  • granting the organizer a free, perpetual, and territorially unlimited license to use the works for purposes related to Krak\u00f3w Street Poster (print, media, internet),<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable law.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      The organizer reserves the right to publish submitted works in media, online, and promotional materials without paying authors\u2019 fees.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      Photographic documentation and an exhibition catalogue are planned.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      Submitting an application constitutes acceptance of these regulations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
